Automatically collected: We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track individual users, store personal data, or use cookies. We collect aggregated, anonymized traffic data only.

Engagement-related data: Workflow documentation, system access credentials, and operational data provided by clients for the purpose of AI automation integration.

All client communications are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Engagement files and deliverables are stored with encryption at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We use a limited number of third-party services for business operations (email hosting, file storage). All processors are contractually bound to data protection standards equivalent to our own. We do not use third-party advertising platforms or data brokers.
